5 Bedroom House in New Concord

This is a unique Airbnb that allows you to vacation with family and friends and have your own space. There are two homes on the property. The Cottage is a 3 bedroom, one bathroom home with a spacious living area, it has screened in porch with a view of the lake. The bungalow is a smaller space with two bedrooms and a sleeper sofa. The large deck on the front of the Bungalow has a fantastic view of the lake. This property is perfect for spending time with family and friends on vacation. These two properties together will sleep 12 people, however there are only two bathrooms so it is more comfortable with 8-10 people. We DO NOT rent out the two properties to separate groups because of their proximity to each other. However, if you have 6 or less people in your group and would like to only rent the Cottage and not the Bungalow, please send us a private message to inquire about special pricing. The cottage is a manufactured home that has been fully remodeled to give a lake cottage feel. The Bungalow is a block building that used to be a restaurant many years ago. It has been renovated and turned into a modern and cozy bungalow. Both homes have inviting, spacious porches to sit and enjoy the view, read a book, watch the sunrise, enjoy a meal or just relax and take in the fresh air. There is a custom built firepit overlooking the lake, with six Adirondack chairs to sit and enjoy the outdoors, and cook s'mores around the fire. This property is located in Pine Bluff Shores neighborhood, next to a community boat ramp. It is in a residential area, some of the homes are vacation homes and some of them are lived in year around. We want your experience at our property to be exactly what your hoped for on your vacation. We are available 24/7 for any thing you may need. We personally make sure our property is clean, safe and ready for your stay. Early check-in at 2:00 upon request (if available) for a $25 fee Late check-out upon request (if available) for a $25 fee If you are not out by 10:00 am (if not requested late check out) you will be charged additional fees.
