Leadmine Pond is top notch and spring fed & offers great swimming, boating and fishing. This year round home is located on a private, level lot with a gorgeous Southern view & sandy beach. Beautiful, bright & open, the spacious 6-room interior offers a fully equipped, modern eat-in kitchen with stainless steel appliances. An expansive dining and living room have beautiful lake views. A French door leads to a private deck for a quiet coffee or meal. A full bath is on first floor along with a utility room that includes a washer and dryer. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms plus a small but full bath with a shower stall; six can sleep comfortably with a king-size bed in the lake view master bedroom, a full-size bed in 2nd bedroom and 2 twins in 3rd bedroom. This house is fully air-conditioned, and has an efficient pellet stove for cool, fall nights. Walk out to the sandy beach, dock made of Trex decking, and private raft. Other amenities include cable tv and WiFi, landline phone, microwave, gas grill, 3 kayaks, canoe and pedal boat for 4; beautiful, private surroundings including a babbling brook & perennial gardens make this a perfect getaway.
