Summary: It’s most certainly a rustic trailer. Host was super helpful (when called) , however, the toilet/shower does NOT work. AC doesn’t work the best. We had to think of it as more of a camping experience…. 500 feet from the water. (Not directly on the water) There are also no lights on the property (solar lights would be useful in order to light a path to the waterfront and bbq) . Had to use our phones as flashlights as the flashlights provided in the trailer did not work. If you don’t have a flashlight or your phone, it’s pitch dark. Had everything been working as advertised, we would most certainly be repeat customers. The biggest issue being the toilet / shower and lighting at night. The dock area is super nice.
