The amenities 4 kayaks, 2 paddle boards, a pier, ninja line, tree swing and an acre of tranquility throughout the year. This property is on a class A Muskie chain of 5 Lakes and has decent pan fishing off of the pier in spring through fall months, there is always a chance of hooking up with a Muskie or Northern.. This property also sits about 100 yards from a boat launch (patronage at Birchwood is appreciated). We are located on ATV and UTV trails (mainly asphalt) but dirt trails are a short drive away. The property is also on the snowmobile trails, just pull out of the driveway, take a left or right and you are on the trails. Unlike most lakes, Third lake doesn't require a boat lift, it doesn't get rough enough to need a lift, but that is my opinion. Simply throw your boat bumpers out and tie off to the pier.
