6 Bedroom Cottage in Dysart et al

This modern glass cottage is almost 9,000 sqft with 400' of shoreline, located just 66' from the water and is very private.
Inside you will find an open concept- large kitchen and living rm, with an upper bar area and games rm. There are 6 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, plus a gym.
The outside has 4 separate deck area with outside gas and wood fireplaces ( in total in and out- 8 fireplaces. The 8 person hot tub is off the living room deck and just steps from the water.
Outside has two unique water feature. One has a waterfall that goes from the rear of the cottage and under a walkway joining the main and master and then runs to the lake - with stepping stones to cross through. The other water feature is is build up against the rear of the cottage and is a waterfall into a pond- visible form the rear of the house and main living room
The dock has room to park 6 boats and can sit 15 people or more. The water is deep off the end of the dock, or you can walk in off the sand beach. The water is clean and has no weeds.

Summary: We had a great time!!! The weather was crazy, going from cold enough to have a fire in the house and turning up the heated floors to having a tornado warning with hot and humid conditions on our last two days. Although the weather was extreme, the home was perfect for our family. We very much enjoyed the layout of the home, the openness of the layout and the waterfall to the lake was awesome. The location was a bit remote but we were looking for that in our vacation. Mike was an excellent host. He was very helpful when we needed to turn on the heat in the home. The only drawback was lukewarm showers, but we had the hot tub to make up for it. Overall the property and the home were beautiful, and the privacy was very much appreciated.
