Private dock, expansive yard with bocce ball court, volleyball or badminton, ping pong, bbq, fire pit, outdoor shower, large deck and patio. Multi tiered space designed for entertaining families and friends or that get away for solitude and quiet relaxation. This is truly not your typical rental vacation home.
3 Master bedrooms w/King sized beds and private baths, full modern kitchen, large downstairs with movie screen & billiard table, cable T.V. and wifi. Sleeps 6 with the king sized beds, additional sleeping options include the large sectional sofa, a blow up mattress and a loft in one bedroom all good for flexible children or teens.
Hiking & biking trails abound. Fishing, water skiing, sailing, canoe, swimming can all be easily enjoyed. Country club, bar, restaurant and 18 hole golf course are less than 1 mile away. Lake Don Pedro, Cherry Lake, Hetch Hetchy Reservoir and the Yosemite National Park are all less than an hour away. The wonderful family style Dodge Ridge Ski Resort is 44 miles away.
The historic town of Groveland is walking distance away where you can dine, shop and stroll the afternoon away. Columbia State Historic Park, Angels Camp and the Sierra foothills wine country at Murphy's are well worth visiting.
