Positive: comfortable, nice outside living space
Negative: someone needs to spend a little time in the house and do some minor cleanup and maintenance. Several light bulbs burned out, food In cabinets is expired, some by a year or so, food in freezer. Only 2 wash cloths and 2 hand towels … could use a few more with 4 people staying.
Summary: Comfortable, clean house with nice outdoor covered patio.
