Relaxation and peace await at this gorgeous, modern home nestled on the shores of Lake Hartwell! Enjoy the scenic surroundings, lake recreation, and well-appointed interior at this 3-bedroom, 2-bath vacation rental. Finish your evenings with a barbecue meal on the back deck or roasting marshmallows around the fire pit!
What we supply:
-Sheets/bed linens, 8 bath towels, 8 wash cloths, 4 lake towels, dish soap, hand soap, basic spices for cooking, hair dryer,
-We provide an initial set of consumables, including coffee, body soap, shampoo, conditioner, 2 dishwashing pods, trash bags, small laundry soap, paper towels, and toilet paper. During your stay, these supplies won't be replenished, so be sure to pack extras!
-Make sure to bring life vest or floatation devices for those who are unable to swim
-There is a trail camera on the community dock path. It is not hidden, it's very visible to humans. It belongs to the neighbors and faces the automatic feeder they have in their yard for the wildlife.
1600 Sq Ft NEW home, constructed 2023! We use smart locks and will generate a code specific to your stay for check in. You'll receive a welcome email with check in instructions and expectations two days before arrival! Property is managed by Brittany with White Oak Property Management of Hartwell, GA. Host does not live on site. You will have access to the full house and slip 1 at the community dock!
Eat: Chefs kitchen offers dishes to serve 12, pots/pans, utensils, glasses, and more! Coffee maker has the option for both drip style or single brew. Large dining table that seats up to 6, with seating for 4 at the bar! If grilling is more your style we have a gas grill out back!
Sleep: Master Bedroom: King Bed, large attached bathroom with a double vanity, tile shower, and walk in closet.
Bedroom 2: Bunk Beds - full over full

Spare Bath: has tub shower/combo
Play: The options are endless! We have a covered community dock with a swim platform just a short stroll through the neighborhood. We have 2 Adult kayaks with paddles located at the dock as well as a few floats and life vest! Bring a boat or rent one locally; you'll have access to the slip at the community dock! You can also access the water from the back yard, there's a small dock located here too! **Please note the path is relatively steep and those with limited mobility should use caution** Under the back deck we have 2 bikes and fishing poles! We also have a fire pit with seating, horseshoes, and cornhole for you to enjoy!
TV: We have 2 smart TVs in the house. Since we don't provide cable we encourage you to download any service you wish to stream.
