3 Bedroom House in Baxter

2020 Winter Update: We are open and available for ice fishing, snowmobiling, snow shoeing, etc. Get away up north for a few days of relaxing! Come enjoy our year-round cabin on beautiful Perch Lake in Baxter, MN. We have 100 feet of soft sandy lake shore for you to swim, fish or just relax near. Less than a 2 hour drive from the Twin Cities Metro area. Cabin is fully furnished with a full size refrigerator / freezer, toaster, stove, oven, lots of baking pots and pans and just about everything you would find in the average kitchen. One bedroom has a queen bed, the 2nd larger bedroom has a queen as well as a twin. The downstairs bedroom has another Queen bed. All beds and mattresses are brand new. Two separate living / sitting areas with couches and chairs as well as a flat screen TV in the Basement. Our kitchen area has table that can seat up to 8. Upstairs has a full bath with shower and tub. Downstairs laundry room has washer and dryer available as well as 1/2 bath. Situated a few miles from downtown Brainerd, we are minutes from everything the Brainerd Lake's area has to offer. We are a 2 blocks from Brainerd's famous "Paul Bunyon" bicycle trail, which includes 120 miles of paved trails. Bring your bikes and go all day! We are also just a couple miles away from multiple ATV trails. Property is 3 total acres, with lots of woods to wander around in if you desire. The perch lake public access is about 5 minutes down the road and our property includes a dock. Bring your boat and dock it at the cabin. 100mbps High Speed Wireless Internet is also included for free. Fast enough to stream Netflix, work, etc.
