Located in Ellisburg, NY approx 5 miles South of Henderson Harbor and 1 mile North of Southwick Beach State Park (the Jefferson Park area). Can comfortably accommodate 5 people if one doesn't mind the couch! Both bedrooms have one queen bed. This is small, basic, clean ... a comfortable cottage on the premier 100' private sandy beach parcel in the area. Perfect setting for kids & adults to enjoy the water, beach combing & s'mores at the campfire. Sorry, no pets and no loud party people. Don't be fooled; many lakefront properties in this region are rocky ... no sand beach ... and no shallow water. This property is directly on Lake Ontario ... not a harbor, "pond," bay or inlet ... with beautiful, unobstructed sunsets!
