Completely rebuilt 100 years after its original construction in the early 1900s, this lakefront cottage offers old-world charm and modern conveniences in a unique setting on beautiful Lake Morey. The property includes a main cottage overlooking the water, a separate boathouse, and large garage. It has a sizable lawn at water's edge, with Adirondack chairs and plenty of room for outdoor games. Property also features a beautiful garden, large dock, child-safe inflatable float, and private outdoor shower. Cottage has large screen porch with dining area and sitting areas; large living room with original stone fireplace, wood-beam ceiling, bay window and satellite TV; separate dining area; large kitchen with new dishwasher; washing machine and dryer; and half bath. Upper level has 5 bedrooms that sleep 8 comfortably (10 max), 3 full baths. Canoe, kayak, paddle boards and life preservers available.
