This 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath property is located in the exclusive private neighborhood of Point William with breathtaking lake views from every room! In a small amount of stairs, you will have access to a covered boat slip and a large private dock, which is great for swimming, paddle boarding, fishing and more! The bottom floor of the house is great for gathering after a fun full day in the sun! It includes a kitchen, dining room, living room and guest bathroom as well as a master bedroom with a private bathroom. The second floor includes 4 guest rooms, 3 of the rooms have king size beds and the 4th guest room has 2 double beds. All bedrooms have amazing views of the lake! There are 2 guest bathrooms upstairs as well. There is a community pool at the top of the property with a covered patio! Children and pets are welcome but must be well-trained and disciplined as the home is located on a bluff. Well trained dogs are allowed, however no pets are allowed on any of the furnishings.
