This is a lovely 3 bedroom plus extra sleeping space, 4-bathroom lake home that’s pet friendly, has a private dock and is filled with amenities! Plus, it’s private enough to reconnect with nature but close enough to grab a quick bite to eat or explore all that Smith Mountain Lake has to offer.
Spend quality time with family and friends down by the dock which features two ladders for easy in-and-out when you want to swim (or float peacefully in the cove away from all of the boat traffic). Better yet, take the family out in kayaks or canoes and paddle from the private dock out to the nearby natural area and enjoy a picnic on the lake. Or, take your boat or jet ski to launch at Mitchell's Marina and dock your watercraft at the house.
You also may want to visit the nearby Smith Mountain Dam and learn about the history of Smith Mountain Lake. Then, head back to the house to unwind on the screened-in porch with a glass of wine, enjoy the backyard patio and fire pit, cozy up in front of the fireplace, or flip on the big-screen TV for movie night.
