Comfortable three bedroom home with dock on Lake Bartholomew. Home is at the end of a private road and comes with a golf cart to use to get to the dock down the road. The home is in a quiet and secluded spot backing up to woods with a field on one side and a fenced yard next door. There is an enclosed Tiki hut complete with bar area and fridge for your parties. Three bedrooms with Variety size beds. There is a large living room with a sofa sleeper. Full kitchen with stove, refrigerator, microwave, and all cooking and dining utensils. The bathroom has a garden tub for easier access. Laundry area comes complete with a washer and dryer. Americana decor throughout creates a homey feeling immediately. There is a large side yard with plenty of space for games and a fire ring in back. Dock space is in an access lot just around a bend in the road. The dock space is 16 feet long and 9 feet wide to hold your boat or jet ski. WE NOW HAVE A 2019 PONTOON AVAILABLE TO RENT UPON AVALIBILTY.
