Situated on almost an acre, with over 400 ft of lakefront, this 2 BR house offers stunning sunset views of Lake Wylie. The new dock can be used for fishing, swimming and boating (bring your boat or kayaks!).
The house has recently been updated and can host 6 people (comfortably 4 adults). There is sleeping for more but it becomes tight and there is only one bathroom.
Located 25 min from uptown Charlotte and 10 min from Carowinds and Cabella's.
This is my weekend home and I am renting it while I travel and to offset the money I am putting in it. The main attraction is of course the lake. The dock and swim platform were built in 2017. The large covered deck is a perfect place to sit and enjoy a drink. The house has been completely updated over the last 5 years. It has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a large open space (Kitchen / Living room). The kitchen has a stove, microwave, a Keurig, dishes and utensils. There are 2 TVs and Wi-Fi throughout. It is kids and dogs friendly, but not child-proofed.
You will have access to the whole house and grounds, except for the boathouse and the shed. I may be there for check-in or give you instructions for the key. I will not stop by unless requested: the space is yours during your whole stay.
You must be sober and wear a life jacket to swim, and swimming in the lake from the dock / swim platform is at your own risk. I have life vests of various sizes (and 2 dogs). I have kayaks to rent, but unfortunately I cannot rent the boat.
