This lakeside condo complex has its own 335 ft private sandy beach, a well lit walking path to the concert venue, and is minutes to Weirs Beach and Gunstock Mountain. Other amenities include an outdoor pools and tennis courts. Our unit has been recently updated and ready for you to enjoy all it has to offer.
The space
Our one bedroom condo is an air conditioned end unit. Perfect for a couple or small family.
Kitchen: Fully equipped with all new appliances, including microwave and dishwasher. Also included are a coffee maker, toaster, and all basic cooking supplies.
Living Room: Open layout with flat screen cable TV and ROKU. Pull out sofa bed. Twin air mattress. Slider to private balcony. Tons of natural light.
Bedroom: Queen bed, closet, bureau with mirror, and TV. Slider to private balcony.
Bathroom: Shower with tub and new vanity
Property amenities: Private beach access across the street, outdoor pool, laundry machines, basketball courts, tennis courts, playground

Parking: One dedicated parking spot in front of the unit with additional spots in the upper lot.
