This spacious, professionally decorated, 3-bedroom 3- bath condo offers views of the Gulf and a private on-site lake with colorful fountains from the oversized, private balcony. Enjoy having breakfast on the balcony and taking in the beautiful views. Located on the 8th floor, there is a king-sized bed in the master, a queen bed with a mini-kitchen, and a private balcony access in the second bedroom, and the 3rd guest bedroom has a queen bed, or you can have 2 twin beds. and a queen sleeper sofa in the Livingroom. This condo sleeps 8 comfortably. There is a washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience. Come make memories at The Terrace at the Pelican with your family that will last a lifetime.
