Positive: The location is stunning, the bed, bedding and towels were all good and very clean. They organised a safari for us which was very good.
Negative: We had room 3 which was on 1st floor and had an outside terrace. The stairs up to the room overlooked the garbage area which was disgusting. The room and the terrace hadn’t been properly cleaned/ washed down as it was very grubby and there were ants everywhere. The floor tiles in the dining area are also badly cracked. When we came to pay the bill he wanted an extra 3.5% for using a card machine, but it said all fees and charges are included in the room rate on booking.com. It’s a shame really because it had lots of potential.
