The beach is child safe with shallow access and no drop offs. Need to get away from the city? Enjoy magnificent sunsets from the deck or sit and relax in the screened Muskoka Room. You'll have fun with the kids on our safe, sandy and shallow beach. Delight in marshmallow and wiener roasts in our fire pit or enjoy a realxing nap on our waterview hammock.. Wake up to a beautiful view of the lake and enjoy the scenic surroundings on our private well-treed property with year-round access on crystal clear, clean, weed free Vernon lake. Property located in Huntsville for a variety of restaurants, entertainment and shopping. it is within 15 minutes drive of 2 championship golf courses, and a short boat ride to the city docks. For winter fun you can enjoy snowmobiling and cross-country skiing on nearby trails, or for Downhill skiing - You're only 15 minutes from Hidden Valley. The cottage is immaculately clean. WEEKLY RENTAL PERIODS ARE FROM SATURDAY AT 3PM TO SATURDAY AT 11AM. Please note - we can not accommodate pets on our property as few family members are highly allergic to animal hair. Summer Rates - MINIMUM 1 WEEK RENTAL PERIOD FROM MAY to OCT $2500/Week Winter/off season - $1850/Week weekend off srason only $950 Netflix available as well This reservation has a Firm cancellation policy - refunds will be issued up to 60 days prior to the check in date. A 100% refund is provided for travellers cancelling at least 60 days before check-in. A 50% refund is provided for travellers cancelling from 30 to 59 days before check-in. No refunds are provided for travellers cancelling less than 30 days prior to check-in. CanadaStays Booking Fees are refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of placing your booking request. Our house rules: primary renter must be 25 or older, no smoking, no parties or events, no pets. No smoking or pets allowed in the property. This is STRICTLY ENFORCED. Check in is 3:00 pm on Saturday, check out is Saturday 11:00 am. For $500 security deposit, you will receive a PayPal payment request after booking.. Security deposit is returned within a week from the end of your rental.
