Private Sunapee 3 bed 1 bath residence in a wonderful location! Only 1.5 miles from the harbor shops and 4.5 miles from Mt Sunapee. Enjoy nearby access to all Sunapee has to offer including skiing, boating, beaches, beautiful fall colors and local shopping!
The house is located on a quiet street with a wooded lot. Guests will have access to the main level of the home and surrounding property. The main floor on the home consists of kitchen, living room, dining room, bathroom with laundry and 3 bedrooms. The basement and garage are locked.

The house is located on a quiet street with easy access to the Sunapee Harbor and Mt. Sunapee. The property is at the top of a steep hill and part of the access road is not paved.
Parking: There is parking for 3 vehicles in front of the garage. Street parking in front of the property is prohibited, vehicles may be ticketed or towed.
Utilities: The home has a septic system so please use a septic safe toilet paper.
Snow Removal: snow removal service will be provided for 3 or more inches of snow. Shovels & salt/sand are available at the property for use by guests as needed.
