Cozy and spotlessly clean Lake Raponda Lakeview 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with WIFI only 8 minutes to Mt Snow and the Hermitage Club. This charming year round lake cottage has beautiful exposure across the lake with boat dock and swim platform, spacious country living spaces with gas fireplace in stone hearth, ample parking and expansive decks for enjoying the water views. Our home has the best location for all seasons - a lake retreat in summer, perfect leaf peeping in the fall and near skiing making it a truly 4 season experience. Home sits on almost half acre lot with unobstructed views of the water. Our home is ideally suited for small or larger families sleeping 10 in beds. There are 2 bedrooms with new Queen bedroom sets and mattresses on the main floor. The loft sleeps 6 with 1 Queen and 4 twin beds. Kids love the giant “sleepover” feeling of the loft while parents are comfortable downstairs. We provide linens and towels. Additionally, there is a sleeper sofa in the Livingroom. The house also has 2 separate living rooms making it ideal for the kids to play board games and watch a movie while the parents relax uninterrupted in the second Livingroom. In the summer, it is wonderful to gather around the outdoor bonfire and make s’mores after a nice hike. In the winter, the house heats up really quickly and we have a large gas fireplace in the main Livingroom that is perfect after a fun day of skiing at nearby Mt Snow. You will love relaxing on our leather sofas after a day on the slopes. If downhill skiing is not your thing, you can try snowshoeing on the frozen lake or there are many Cross country trails that you can try. In the Summer we have a selection of water toys for your enjoyment. We have 2 kayaks, 1 paddle board, 3 floating chairs and multiple inflatables. You will have difficulty getting the kids out of the water as they have so much fun. In addition to swimming off our private dock you can also walk to the Town of Wilmington beach . There is an unpaved service road between the house and the lake which is used to access the other houses on the east side of the lake. We have installed a new dock which has plenty of room to sit and supervise young children. Alternatively you can sit on the deck of the house and oversee the dock from there. After a wonderful day of water sport nothing beats a barbecue right on the deck overlooking the lake. We provide a new propane grill for your convenience. We are constantly striving to improve our property for your enjoyment. The house has recently had fresh paint throughout, remodeled bathrooms, new mattresses, new propane grill and new paddle board.
