With sweeping lake views and direct access to the water's edge, Lake Pointe Manor offers everything you want in a Smith Mountain Lake retreat. This grand lake house offers over 300 feet of waterfront, with private dock and gazebo, with a hot-tub, wifi, and kayaks and paddleboards. The lower level offers a billiards table, ping pong table, and 2 full kitchens, as well as several balconies and decks to take in the vista, from the waterside and the front of the home. From Lake Point Manor you can easily entertain and comfortably sleep up to 12 guests. This 6 bed 4 bath home is incredible any season.
From the moment you enter, the water takes center stage. The celebrated deep blue waters of SML can be viewed from almost every room in the home. The large open-concept main living space is poised around a large living area and kitchen, which is a perfect place to gather after a full day on the water. The large chef's kitchen is equipped with a new oven and stove and refrigerator, and ample prep space on the granite breakfast bar. The entry offers a formal dining area that can entertain up to twelve people. From the living area, you can access the large wrap-around porch with panoramic views, plenty of outdoor seating, and a large outdoor dining table for alfresco meals. A large sunroom on the main level gives everyone a space to work, breakfast in , or just read a book. The living room with soaring ceilings offers a propane fireplace, which warms everyone during the fall and winter.
