2 Bedroom House in Eclectic

Beautiful home built in 2016 located on the south side of Lake Martin. Exceptional view of big water from porch and piers. The house has two large bedrooms, a upstairs den with a queen sofa bed and 3.5 baths. The downstairs master bedroom has two queen size beds, a 32" wall mounted smart tv and features a travatine marble master bath with ceiling to floor tile, heated floors, large Jacuzzi tub and large walk-in shower. Custom sink cabinet with granite completes this bath. The upstairs bunk bedroom has two sets of bunks. Each set has a trundle sleeping 6 in the bunks. There is also a queen bed in the bedroom. Upstairs there is a full bath with a large shower. There is a 2nd den for the kids with a WII and 42" tv with a new Pottery Barn queen size sleeper sofa.
The downstairs living area had an open concept kitchen, dining and living area with a large 4 x 8 granite island. The home has hardwood floors throughout. There is a 1/2 bath off the living room for guest. The gourmet kitchen features Kitchenaid appliances and the living room has a 65" wall mounted tv with surround sound over the gas log fireplace and 26 ft vaulted ceilings. The living room features a Pottery Barn sectional sofa. The dining area has a large country table with sitting for 6. The island has 4 stools great for breakfast or feeding up to 10 seated people. The ceilings downstairs, except for the living room are 10 ft and upstairs 9. There is Wifi for your convenience and the tv offers Apple TV, Prime TV and Netflix. There is a mud bath where the stacked washer and dryer with outside access. This bath offer a shower for clean up after a day in the water.
Outside on the front porch is a lovely seating area beautifully furnished with ceiling fans. The pier has a comfortable pottery barn seating area with a large sectional sofa, chaise and chair. The pier has ambieant lighting and a ceiling fan for that evening glass of wine to watch the sunset. There is a floating pier for sun bathing.
There is a second pier that is floating for docking. If you have a boat please let us know and we can move our boat. Seedoos can be docked on the sides of the floating pier. There is a community boat launch across the slough. There is not a charge for launching.
