The Space:

This Lake Lugano holiday rental was rented for the first time in 2022, after the owners joined together two separate one bedroom apartments to form a larger 2 bedroom property. The result is quite a unique property with 2 bedrooms, 2 open plan living, dining and kitchen areas, 2 bathrooms and 2 private balconies. Please note that the apartments have been linked via the bedrooms however the door between the rooms is sound-proofed to ensure no noise passes between the two bedrooms if closed.
The two outside balconies at this Lake Lugano holiday rental are both equipped with a table and chairs and a couple of sun loungers are also provided. They really are the perfect spot to enjoy an aperitif or a bite to eat at breakfast time. The property also has satellite TV, a DVD player, DVD library and music system.

It's an hours drive from Milan and 15 minutes from the affluent Swiss town of Lugano where there are a plethora of high-end designer clothing and fashion stores and a famous casino. Just 30 minutes by car, you'll find yourself on the shores of Lake Como and at the popular lakeside town of Menaggio.
