Just completely remodeled waterfront, Handicap Accessible, 2-Bedroom/2-Bath. Parking right outside your door makes unloading and loading a breeze. Each bedroom has 2 incredibly comfortable Queen Beds with many fluffy pillows.
There is a full-size Murphy Bed in the living room that pulls down magically from the wall with a finger tip. Adults find it very useful, kids find it mystical and LOVE to sleep on it. Has full box spring & mattress just like any other bed. Each bedroom has attached bath. Master bath has brand new custom tile no step walk-in shower for easy access in and out of the shower. You can throw a stone in the lake from your private deck. You can't get any closer to Table Rock Lake than this condo.
Our place is stocked with everything you need. Stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, washer & dryer, pots & pans, dishes, silverware, glassware, utensils, toaster, Keurig coffee maker plus regular coffee maker, blender, grill, bedding & blankets, bath towels, soaps, shampoos, conditioner, dish soap, paper towels, fireplace that turns on with a button.
Just bring food, beverages, spices, coffee & beach towels. Everything else is there!
Condo has bath towels, hand towels, wash clothes & kitchen towels, but we ask that you not take our towels to the pools or docks. Please bring your own pool/beach towels. There is a washer/dryer in the condo for your convenience and it works great to wash/dry your beach towels for the next day of fun!
Plenty of space to bring your boat! We can reserve a covered boat slip on your behalf direct with the Resort, on the dock right outside your deck you see in the pictures. Boat slips are $35 per night, and we can reserve them for you direct through the Resort, just let us know. There are (2) boat launches on property and plenty of boat & trailer parking just outside our condo. There are 16 jet ski pads on the docks and they are FREE to use on a 1st come, first serve basis.. FREE kayaks and paddleboards available on Dock C. Great islands, bays & inlets to explore by kayak. There are several restaurants in the area including a Tiki Bar with live entertainment you can kayak to. The Resort rents pontoon boats and fishing boats if you want to get out on the lake and don't have a boat of your own. Very quiet and peaceful setting with wildlife everywhere, yet very convenient to all that Branson has to offer and only 5 minutes to Silver Dollar City. Resort has horseshoes, volleyball, shuffleboard, fire pits, and miles of trails you can walk along the lake and Indian Point. We just love it there and we're sure you will too...
Our condo is part of the 28 acre Resort with nearly a mile of lake shore on the main channel of Table Rock Lake. Watch the Branson Belle go by from your deck! Feel free to roam the property, hike the trails along the lake, and use any amenity on the grounds you wish. As our guests, you are welcome to use the entire grounds and docks and pools and fire pits, at will. There are bonfire pits along the lake in several different places for you to use. Feel free to fish and swim from any of the 5 docks on property. Each dock has a swim/fish platform and a ladder to get out of the water. Make yourselves at home and enjoy your vacation.
Jean and I live locally so we are available any time you need us. The Resort has 24-Hour emergency services if something happens in the middle of the night and there is staff there 7 days a week to help you with anything at all. Jean and I are available to answer any questions or make suggestions on things to do while you are here if you'd like. Otherwise, we leave you alone to enjoy your vacation.
