New luxury home on a point with 180 degree water views. You will want to live on the 20x20ft screened porch charmingly furnished with teak dining table & cushy sofas & chairs. Open design with several seating areas, a gourmet kitchen & dining area overlooking the lake and pool table. Seven total bedrooms. The new boat house has ample seating, granite bar area, two level sundeck and boat lifts. Kayaks & water toys are available for your pleasure. This is your perfect lake life escape! There are 3 bedrooms on the main floor with king size beds and 2.5 baths. On the second floor there is a huge TV/playroom containing a queen size bed and three more bedrooms. One of these bedrooms has a king size bed, the next bedroom has a queen size bed and the last bedroom has 2 bunk beds which contain a queen and 3 twin size beds. There is also a crib for the youngest guests. More Information below - please read! Check in is Sunday at 4 PM. Check out time is the following Sunday at 11 AM. INSIDE THE HOME: Empty ALL the trash in the home and place in the outside trash can. Trash pickup is on Monday, please take the trash can to the end of the driveway before your departure (IMPORTANT). Clean out the refrigerator of all perishables. Anything left behind will be thrown out by the cleaning crew. Wipe down all surfaces. Turn off all lights and fans (inside AND OUTSIDE) and set all thermostats to 80* in the summer. Please return all electronic remotes for TVs and keys to the appropriate place. Close and lock ALL doors. Please press the lock button on front door keypad when you depart. There will be an additional $200 rental fee for sheets and cleaning services (please contact us with any questions). You are responsible for bringing your own linens if you have not rented them through us. The sheets will be placed at the end of each bed if they are rented. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN TOWELS - we do not provide. If our linens are used please strip beds at checkout and place on the floor of bedroom. Do not use fireplaces. There are no garbage disposals, so DO NOT place food items in this disposal due to our septic system. Only small crumbs, etc. are to be placed in the dishwasher (NO FOOD). Make sure all dishes are washed and put away before departure. That includes loading and starting the dishwasher. Make sure the oven and microwave are clean to prevent an additional $25 cleaning fee. Put house, gate and boathouse keys back in the designated drawer hanger located on the coffee/wine bar. OUTSIDE THE HOME: The gas grill should be cleaned and ready for the next renter to enjoy. Please bring your own propane tank. There is gas grill cleaner and a gas grill brush under the grill. IMPORTANT please put grill back under deck area before departing. DO NOT not grill inside of the screened porch or at the boathouse. Please grill at minimum 6 ft away from the house. Simply roll the grill onto the outside downstairs deck for usage. Firepit available for use, bring your own firewood - please make sure to put out all flames once you are done. Please be mindful of neighbors and keep noise level to a minimum. The water area around the dock is 2 to 15 ft deep. Use caution when swimming, diving or doing any other water activities. The water gradually gets deeper and drops down to 40+ feet in the middle of the cove. We assume no responsibility for damage to any watercraft not properly tied up. Boat lift is available for a boat up to 3000 lbs and a floating deck for a jet ski in the boathouse - if you would like to use boat lift please let us know ASAP. Two kayaks are available for your use. Please secure the kayaks and clean any trash from the boathouse before you depart. PARKING is available on the lot in driveway/graveled areas. Do not park on the grass. If you are launching a boat or other watercraft, there is a neighborhood boat ramp on map below (take first left out of the driveway). Further details and instructions (check-in/check-out procedures) are outlined in the house manual to access private neighborhood boat ramp area that will be sent via email. Security Deposit - if you damage the home, you will be charged up to the cost of repair. Please respect our property and our neighbors and have a good and safe vacation!!
