Come experience the best of LAKE LIFE in our Boat House over the crystal clear waters of Newfound Lake! Listen to the water from every window. Private sandy beach with gradual entry, grassy yard, swim raft, gas grill, picnic table, wifi, mooring available on request.
The Boat House is exclusively used as guest house/rental cottage. Owner on site (at home next door)

The Boat House is the guest house for our home, the former Iron Gate Lodge. The Boat House has its own sandy private beach, and ample yard with picnic table, adirondack chairs, outdoor furniture, Weber gas grill, swim float with reclining backs. There is a shared outdoor fireplace with the owners.
Kitchen and family room are located directly over the water leading to deck for true waterfront dining ! The front door enters into the living room, with sofa, reclining chairs, flatscreen TV. One bedroom with queen bed is off the living room, the remaining 2 bedrooms and bath are off a hallway leading to the front of the house (1Queen, 2 twins). The kitchen and family room are truly waterfront ! Listen to the water lapping at the shore and the loons calling out. The very best of Lake Life!
We will often be right next door at our summer home during your visit for any questions about the area, help with issues with the home etc. When we are not available physically we can be reached via cell phone.
