Vacation in style in this 3 story + loft beach retreat and guest house! Just across from the boardwalk that leads to Sheridan Beach. Featuring a spacious living and dining area with a scenic view of Lake Michigan. Gorgeous mellow decor, natural lighting and accents of the beach run throughout. Family Tides shares a covered patio and large deck space with its sister cottage, Tides Inn. Enjoy your company while gathered around the firepit. Venture up the stairs to the convenient back door entry of the home, the French doors open up to the main living area of both the dining and kitchen spaces. The spacious living room features a cable equipped TV and plush seating. Bring the entire family and gather around the best custom designed table in all of the Beachwalk Resort. Seating everyone together at once, just like Grandma always wanted. The large dining space is parallel to the massive galley kitchen appointed with all beautiful new appliances and every gadget you could imagine. French doors lead out to the front screened in porch, the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee. Additional seating space can be found in the family room, a powder room is also found on this level. Downstairs to the garden level featuring a large rec space with wonderful rainy day activities. Enjoy a friendly game of shuffleboard or a family movie. Even the garden level lets the light shine in! Threw the glass double doors to the grand king bedroom with seating area and adjacent stand alone full bath. The second floor provides a laundry space with beautiful brand a brand new washer and dryer set. This floor features not one but two full bathrooms and two Queen bedrooms. The Master bedroom features a king and attached full bath. The 3rd floor loft is a great space for all the kids in the group. This bi-level loft space features 5 twin beds. Just the perfect space for late night giggles and story telling. Tides Inn offers great newly renovated space for those members of the family that might need a quite space during your stay. This 2 bedroom guest house provides 2 queen bedrooms and a sleeper sofa sleeping an additional 6 guests. The fully stocked kitchen allows for more cooking space for the large meals or the perfect spot to whip up something quick. You are welcome to bring up to 5 cars with parking for 3 at the house, 2 can be parked in the nearby overflow lot. Please no parties of any king, no pets and no smoking. This family friendly rental is rented Saturday to Saturday during our summer peak season with weekend rentals during spring, fall and winter.
