Come enjoy this beautiful lakefront cottage on a quiet, private, East Lake Road. There are beautiful views of Canandaigua Lake from the living room, upstairs sunroom and especially the large covered wrap-around porch. Auburndale was originally built in 1892; we’ve kept the original cottage charm while upgrading the interiors for modern comfort. Auburndale offers the convenience of two residences, a large main house and smaller guest cottage. Perfect for large groups or extended families. With 60 feet of level walk-in lakefront, a private dock and boat hoist you are ready to enjoy swimming, boating, outdoor games and bonfires on the beach. The single-story guest cottage offers comfortable accommodations for 4, with two bedrooms, a full bath with shower, a kitchen, living area and spacious sun porch. The two-story main cottage is located on the lakeside of the property. Just through the main foyer is an open kitchen with hardwood floors, island bar seating and a dining table for 8. A first floor bathroom with shower is conveniently off the kitchen. The living room is comfortably furnished with plenty of natural light and scenic lake views. French doors lead out to the covered wrap-around porch with several chairs and a picnic table to enjoy watching the sun set on the lake. The second floor has three bedrooms and a large bath with a shower/tub. The master bedroom has an adjacent sunroom that overlooks the lake.
