PROPERTY
THE LAKE HOUSE includes a large front yard right on the edge of the water. The ground is level and allows guests to make full use of the open outdoor space and perfect for kids and adults alike. There is one boat slip available at The Lake House and deep water right off the dock, which gets ample amounts of sun and is excellent for both boating and swimming. A newly constructed fence enhances the privacy. Beautiful cedar deck off of the great room with a BBQ. Not to forget the sandy beach that is perfect for the kids!
INTERIOR
MAIN FLOOR
The great room at The Lake House features a stone fireplace at its center, with a flat screen TV just off to the right, but still well within view from the surrounding arm chairs and couch. Sunlight spills from the sliding deck door in the great room, all the way to the dining room table, with seating for 8 easy,10 cozy inside. You can also fit at least 16 outside on both levels for a perfect dinner gathering. The bright kitchen has Caesar Stone countertops, with a marble-topped island in its middle. Among the matching, stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, guests will find a large fridge, dishwasher, microwave, and stove. On the main floor, guests will find a master king bedroom with a 5 piece ensuite , a queen bedroom, and a 3 piece bathroom with a single sink and shower.
LOWER LEVEL
Located on the cozy lower floor of The Lake House, guests will be able to enjoy the use of the walk-out entertainment room and a direct walkout to the backyard. Located in the entertainment room is a large flat screen TV and a sectional couch with a long ottoman. The lower level sleeps 4 with a queen bedroom featuring a gas fireplace , a queen bedroom, and a 2 piece washroom.
