Beautiful 2 story, 3 bedroom, 2 bath home on Douglas Lake with gorgeous views of the Smoky Mountains. Property includes private boat dock and boat ramp with year around water. Short drive away from many wonderful attractions such as Dollywood, Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and the Smoky Mountains. Douglas Lake provides tremendous fishing opportunities for a multitude of fish species. Including large mouth bass, walleye, crappie, bluegill, catfish, and many more. The lake is also a wonderful place for many water sports such as skiing, wakeboarding, paddle boarding, jet skiing, boating and much more. Boat and jet ski rentals available at marinas nearby. The home is located on 6 secluded acres with beautiful views. Cable/Satellite not provided. Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, and all steaming available via Firestick. Water Level is Dam controlled and varies depending on the time of year. It is normally up from May - September.
