Spacious home with 60' of lake frontage on 700 acre all sports Canadian Lakes, which connects to West Canadian Lake and others.
Guests will have access to the Canadian Lakes Association amenities including beaches, golf courses, outside pool, inside pool, tennis courts, basketball court, playground, and more. There will be an extra charge for the pools, fitness center, and golf.
Two level 1900 sq ft home with walkout lower level. Gas grill (with grilling basket and utensils) and dining table on upper level deck. Two bedrooms and one bath on the upper level, and two bedrooms and one bath in the lower level.
Kitchen has basic spices, coffee maker, Keurig (no pods). Nice fire pit in the backyard for hotdogs, smores, and just hanging out.
There is one folding push/pull golf caddy, a couple of kid bikes, boogie board, a few outside games/toys for kids, and beach blanket.
