Home was completely renovated in 2015 with updated new kitchen, family room, sun room, deck, 4 1/2 bathrooms, and 6 bedrooms (to include two masters). Friends and family will enjoy relaxing panoramic views of Lake Champlain and access to private beach. The main master bedroom has a gas fireplace, jacuzzi tub and large walk in shower. The home has an open flow concept with social spaces perfect for family reunions and visiting wedding party guests. Enjoy lakeside water fun and the breath taking views of Lake Champlain while you reconnect and build memories with family and friends. Lake access from backyard, access to private community sandy beach and picnic area less than 300 feet away. Boat mooring available. It is located in a quiet, kid-friendly and safe community.
The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances. Gorgeous Quartz countertops compliment dark wood cabinets and plenty of cooking space. All dishes,utensils,pots and pans are provided. If you have a large crowd, you'll enjoy cooking in the large open kitchen. The dining table seats 8 with a buffet/bar behind for large family dinners. This beautiful kitchen connects to a family room, living room, and sunroom, each with abundant social and seating areas. Perfect for your family to reconnect. We have several board games, books, toys for children, with pool table, ping pong table and TV/ sitting area in the basement. I know you'll leave with many happy family memories and we hope to make this a family vacation tradition.
