The house was completed in July 2014 and lovingly furnished. The holiday home has 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed. The house is for 6 persons. A baby cot and a guest bed can also be provided upon request. An occupancy with more than the specified number of persons and use of the property is expressly not desired!
On the ground floor is a large common area with a fireplace, open kitchen and hood to the outside, dining and living area with approximately 45 m² with a direct view to the lake.
The plot has mature trees, the shade on a hot day, but also offers plenty of space for sunbathing at the lake.

The house is located at the reservoir Hohenfelden in the middle of Germany and is only 15-20 km from the state capital Erfurt, the 'classic city' Weimar.
The 40-hectare lake has excellent water quality and is adjacent to a wooded area.
500 m away is the Avenida Therme with sauna and water park. (The house itself has no sauna).
Our house is located on a 1,000,000 m² plot with direct access to the lake. (Fishing from the property, or Footbridge is not allowed! - bathing area!)
From here you can explore the nearby cities of Erfurt, Weimar and Jena, or explore the surrounding area.
Directly adjacent to the reservoir Hohenfelden runs the Ilm Valley bike and hiking trail that leads to the Thuringian Forest.
The reservoir also offers a spa with bath and sauna, a lido with 30 m water slide. An adventure playground, beach volleyball court and a separate nudist area.
Further, there are in the adjacent forest a family Kletterwald with 118 climbing elements and a mini golf course.
Boat landing with rental of rowboats and pedal boats.
Restaurant 'Seeterrassen', each with about 150 seats in the indoor and outdoor area right on the lake overlooking the reservoir Hohenfelden.
