Come relax at our Lake House, located on Lake in the Sky (yes, that is the actual name of our lake), at Top of the World (once again yes, that's the actual name of our community), Tallassee, TN. We offer 3 bedrooms with 3 new queen beds, two bathrooms. All bed and bathroom linens are included as well as a full size washer and dryer. The main floor is accessibility friendly (can accommodate walker), with no stairs with access to the 2 main bedrooms, bathroom with walk in shower and safety rails, kitchen, living room, dining room, as well as laundry area. Downstairs bedroom/bathroom requires full mobility. Guess what !!? We are pet friendly, so this makes us an ideal location for those not wishing to leave their fur babies at home. Our kitchen is fully stocked with Island, microwave, stove/oven, pots/pans, coffee maker, kettle, tea pot, toaster, blender, slow cooker, popcorn maker, dishes, glasses, cutlery, linen, spices. Coffee/tea for 1st day arrival. All you need to supply is your favorite meal fixins. Breathtaking 3 sided wrap around porch, one side covered and screened in to let you sit out during rain or away from too much sun. Side porch is an idyllic spot for al fresco dining. Gates are available on either side of the deck to ensure safety of children, those with mobility issues and of course, our fur babies. A dog door off the side porch leads to a fenced in "dog park" to keep your fur babies independant yet safe. Large dock, swimming noodles, fishing and kayaks (with life jackets are available). Boat launching is available on our lake. The lake is restricted to electric motors only to ensure a peaceful, quiet stay. There is a private beach reserved for those staying on the lake or you can swim right from the dock. For those whose time away is not complete without an inviting fire, we offer an outdoor firepit and inside the Lake House living room has a worry free propane fireplace. Stays of a month or more offer premium discounts.
