Want to experience the vacation of a life time in a high-end luxury home (which has a modern, rustic, and lake style theme) with ALL the amenities? Look no further. Our Water Front Home we call (Lake Haven) is on a huge arm of the lake (Little Niangua ), close to all the lake bars, eateries and stores. This newly remodeled home "inside and out", is breathtakingly beautiful with one of the best views on the lake. Though the lake house is on the main channel, because of our specific location, you are blessed to be in a calm water area which is perfect for wake-boarding and skiing. And of all things, you can SEE Ha Ha Tonka from our house. You just cant go wrong with this vacation home.
The Experience -
With water on both sides of the drive, trees everywhere as well as a bridge you must cross, it immediately gives you a dreamy majestic feeling and you know you are pulling into paradise. Once you have arrived at Lake Haven, and you walk thru the front door, you are stunned at the openness, stunned by the lake view which can be seen thru all of the back windows, (which by the way, windows are everywhere and the view is absolutely mesmerizing), and with the overall decor, you will never want to leave. Your excitement level will increase and your stress levels will instantly decrease for sure.
The Rooms -
Each room has a special theme.
King - We have a Master bedroom with a rustic feel and a touch of the Caribbean as well as a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and a his and her vanities. The view of the lake is breath taking.
King - We also have a bear themed room which gives you that wilderness feel of outdoors, fishing and total relaxation.
Queen - Then we have the canoe room which boasts a boating type theme making you get all excited about getting on the water.
Bunk Bed Rooms 1 and 2) - Each bunk bed room can sleep 10 people comfortably. With each bunk bed providing a full over full with two twin trundles arrangement, the kids, young adults and even grown ups will find these beds extremely comfortable.
Kitchen -
The kitchen is just one of those places you wont want to leave. But rest assured, we have thought of everything. Anything you need in a kitchen is provided. Every drawer you open has all new utensils, eating ware, cooking ware, dining ware to cook anything your heart desires. We have two refrigerators and a large ice machine for your coolers.*
The Main Level Deck -
Dining area is surrounded with a beautiful lake view! The main level back deck sits 8 people where you can relax, eat, barbecue and just enjoy the most breathtaking view.
Downstairs and Deck Area -
The downstairs area is another place of total relaxation. With couches, a big screen smart TV and a bar area, this is a cool place to hang out while you are having some drinks, listening to music and throwing some darts. BUT, you might want to go out onto one of the 3 deck sections available to eat at, sit and talk, and or to just relax from the days adventures while viewing all the lake has to offer.
The Dock -
This is one of our favorite places. The covered slip size is 11' by 36" and can lift up to a 30ft v-bottom single engine boat or up to (10,000 lbs). The 18' x 10' swim platform has 6 layout sunbathing chairs with a spring loaded stair rail for getting in and out of the water. The dock also accommodates up to two wave runners. This is a perfect dock for laying out, boating, swimming and fishing off of.
The Fire Pit Area -
The Fire Pit is right in front of the dock. We have 6 red adirondack chairs for the fire pit area and more chairs can be added as needed. There is also a wall to sit on for extra people. The fire pit is for those star filled nights when you want to relax, listen to music and chat with friends and family.
The Dock Patio -
And finally, the Dock Patio. This area has a 4 person table as well as 4 more adirondack chairs. So all in all, there is seating for 14 people between the fire pit and dock patio. And if you are not using the fire pit, you can always move the chairs to the dock patio as there is plenty of room for more.

This house was completely updated/remodeled inside and out just last year in 2021. This gorgeous home has all new bedroom sets, furniture sets, patio sets, new themed room decor, cooking ware, kitchen ware, eating ware, to give you that home-away-from-home luxury/spoiled feeling with all the amenities you could want on a vacation.
Welcome to the Ozarks "Lake Haven"
Note: we have cameras on the outside watching the side, back and dock area for security purposes. With expensive boats and wave runners, we want to make sure we can offer that security if needed.
Also, we have a new 18’ ft long x 6’ wide lily pad (water mat) for rent to use either on the lake or to use with your boat. Rental is $70 a day with a 3 day minimum. Please message us if you would like to add that to your vacation.
