Summary: First thing we opened the curtain and the rod fell off the wall. A heated pool would have been nice, coming from MN. The grill is an antique that does not function, the place needs a thorough cleaning, we could have knit a sweater with what came out of the dryer filter, some outlets in the bedrooms don't work because they are worn out, the bath fans are almost non functioning, food from other people under the furniture. Owner said they were sorry about the grill and curtain but made no attempt to do anything. They are definitely just letting someone else pay for the property without putting any more effort into it than necessary.
