This 3BR 3BA A-Frame home on Lake Hartwell is 5 minutes from 85 off exit 177 in Georgia. This is the last exit before crossing over the bridge to SC. This home is close to the Harbor Light Marina which offers boat rentals and features Tilly's Tiki Bar and Grill restaurant. Our cove sits right outside Party Island and the Rock Springs boat ramp where boaters enjoy beaching on the island during the day. Dock available with gentle slope to lake that you can tie ONE boat too. Rocky Ford boat ramp is off our cove too and is accessible based on the current water levels. This home has 1BR and 1BA on each of the 3 levels. The home can sleep 6 guests. Basic Cable TV, ceiling fans, full size washer/dryer. Brand new AC unit. This open floor plan has remodeled bath and kitchen with hardwoods on top 2 levels and carpet on terrace level. Fully equipped Kitchen including microwave, cooktop island, dishwasher, coffee maker, full size refrigerator. Screened in deck with patio furniture on side of home, large open deck facing lake with gas grill. Local Activities/Attractions BOATING: Harbor Light Marina is 5 miles and offers daily boat rentals. Rocky Ford Boat Ramp is 1-1/2 miles Rock Springs Boat Ramp is 4 miles SWIMMING / PADDLE BOARD: Swim or Paddle Board off dock The dock has its own swim ladder. Fair Play Beach (SC) is 9 miles and features a designated swim beach, picnic area, and boat launch ramp.
