The Playhouse, a lake front property, provides great fun year round. RECENTLY FEATURED IN VH1 REALITY SHOW 'Cabin Fever'. Summer play abounds on this power boat lake with swimming, canoeing, kayaking, fishing and what ever else your imagination entices. Kayaks are provided with the rental. Lake vendors have water skiing/tubing or a relaxing lake cruise available . Two great golf courses are within 5 minutes close.
The house flows well for crowds, open floor plan has lots of glass for lake view, family room has pool table and air hockey.... 2 gas fireplaces for winter warmth or summer evening chill.
Outdoor fire pit for roasting marshmallows is also present.
Restaurants and clubs are at both ends of the lake and an indoor water park is 5 minutes away ... for year round pleasure.
Five minutes from both Jack Frost and Big Boulder ski slopes.. on the lake the fun does not stop there. Frozen lake in winter provides for great skating, x-country, ice fishing and snow shoeing.
What to bring Summer
Canoe, kayaks (there is 3 at the property for your use) , tubes or rafts for the lake, power boat or jet ski (require permit), swim suit, life jackets, fishing poles, fishing gear, water shoes(for lake and cliff jumping at water falls in state park very close by) hiking shoes ( great trails on a state park very close by) sunscreen, firewood for outside enclosed fire pit, roasting sticks, marshmallows and most of all... Good Attitude!
