Located in Lake Harmony you will find this stunning penthouse retreat with luxurious style, meticulously crafted with everything you need to have a spectacular lakefront stay. Complete with a brand-new Jacuzzi tub, vaulted ceilings and two ensuites, a poker/card room and your own personal arcade!
Walk into pure luxury here at our beautiful Lake Harmony Penthouse. When you walk in there is a sense of comfort mixed with elegance yet cozy enough for the kids to relax! We are proud to host this gorgeous penthouse located on the 3rd floor with perfect lake views! As you walk in you will be greeted with a stunning foyer area, there are 2 ensuite bedrooms (each have a full bathroom w/shower) on the first floor, one with a Queen bed and the second bedroom with a Pyramid bunk bed equipped with a twin on top, Full, and a twin trundle pull out. Both rooms are spacious and plenty of closet space to set up comfortably for your stay. When you walk down a short hallway there is a dramatic entrance to the living room with vaulted ceilings, a wood burning fireplace and spectacular views of the lake. The beautifully remodeled kitchen with stainless steel appliances is also on this floor, with a complete open floor plan to the dining room as well. Perfect for enjoying cooking, having morning coffee and not missing a beat with your company.
Upstairs is amazing, when you approach the top of the stairs you will be greeted with a full arcade game room complete with a Poker/Card table room, so cool to have this all to yourself! The Jacuzzi Tub is located on this floor as well with views of the lake. There is a master bedroom boasting a King bed with a private lounge area with a TV, perfect place to chill after a long day of skiing, swimming or just relaxing!
We are minutes from new exit of the PA Turnpike Northeast Extension. Condo is located on the shoreline of Big Boulder Lake which is 175 acres. We are 1/2 mile from the entrance of Big Boulder Mountain. There you can ski, snowboard and snow tube.
In the summer there are 8 passes to the Pool/Beach that are included. There is a heated swimming pool, jacuzzi, a beach, playground, tennis courts, basketball and plenty to choose from when it comes to boat rentals. Next to the beach is a restaurant with outdoor seating and entertainment. Enjoy all these amenities or just sit on your balcony and enjoy the lake view.
