This property is situated in great location for relaxing but close enough to town for all the amenities Hot Springs has to offer.

Enter through the welcoming front porch, that leads into the living area with reclining sofas, a 70" smart TV and an inviting electric fireplace with heat and accent lighting.
Enjoy coffee (Keurig) or a drink at the wet bar with a beverage cooler and wine refrigerator.
The kitchen boasts all new appliances, including a steam microwave, and an air fry range oven. It is fully stocked with everything you will need for all your cooking ventures.
Enjoy all that food in our dining room with beautiful lake views!... Or eat on the covered deck at our new teak dining table that seats 8!

Off the dining area is the Master Bedroom with a king size bed and an 11' window with beautiful lake views and a smart TV. The master bath has an all-new tile shower with all the essentials.
Down the hall is the second bathroom boasting a relaxing tub with tile surrounding, and all the essentials.
The second bedroom has a king size bed and a smart TV as well.
There is a single car garage with an extra refrigerator / freezer and the washer and dryer are located in there as well.
The third bedroom suite is located downstairs and is accessed by going outside the main floor. With its own private entrance its perfect for the couple that wants their own private space, the older kids or a mother-in-law quarters. There is a queen size bed with a twin trundle. This entire room has gorgeous lake views, 2 sliding doors, a smart tv and a shuffleboard table!
The downstairs bathroom has a nice shower and all the essentials.
Outside the downstairs suite is the covered swim spa, and a large deck for sunbathing or games!
Right below is a gazebo with a fire pit. Perfect lake side relaxation!
From there walk out onto the covered 2 stall boat dock with a large swim platform with ladder.
There are 2 jet ski floating docks as well.
Last but not least your own personal boat ramp! Enjoy putting your boat right into the water for all the lake fun in the sun!
