Experience the charm and grandeur of this historic and newly renovated early 1900's estate. This 5,000 square foot manor is located on 9 plus acres with 125 feet of direct lakefront on beautiful Lake George. The interior of this home boasts hardwood floors throughout and an enormous great room with 10 foot high ceilings, a large stone fireplace and breathtaking lake views. In addition, there is a large dining room with a banquet table for families and friends to gather. The brand new dock provides docking for up to 3 boats. The manor sleeps 22 people with all new bedding. There is a large bedroom with a king bed and full bath on the first floor that offers convenience for the elderly. On the second floor, there are 4 two-bedroom one-bath privacy suites. The manor is equipped with new central air conditioning and central heating systems, in addition to all new bathrooms, a new gourmet kitchen and a laundry room all equipped with new appliances and fixtures. The entire interior of this estate has been recently renovated. Our front porch and expansive lawn provide room to read, relax and play while overlooking the lake. The second floor has two decks each with mountain and lake views. Lake George's northern basin is ideal for boating, swimming, tubing, waterskiing, fishing, kayaking and canoeing. The town beach, with sandy bottom, picnic area, childrens playground, beach volleyball and new bathrooms with changing rooms and showers is less than 1/2 mile away. Free public boat launch and boat rental marina are also less than a mile away. Shopping, restaurants, sports bar, grocery store, museums, skiing and hiking trails are close by.
