The house is situated in a large garden overlooking the lake where there are three other houses. The entrance is controlled by a gate with electric opener. Our house has its own private garden of appx 1000 sqm where you can play or relax. The house has three large rooms, 2 brand new bathrooms, 1 large living room, 1 large kitchen, lots of cabinets and a brand new BBQ area. Along the driveway you reach a terrace overlooking the lake below which there is a dock where you can moor a small boat. From the terrace you get off the pier and you can dive into the water. The lake front area is in common with the other three houses. There is also a small beach to enter the water. Heating and airconditioning is independent. The waterfront promenade of Toscolano Maderno is minutes away by foot where you can hop on ferries and explore other towns on the lake. Those at the northern end are breathtaking against the mountain backdrop. Wineries abound, olive oil tastings, hiking sailing,. In other words, something for everyone. We are walking distance from Maderno with its 12th century Romanesque church and not far from Gardone Riviera where there is a lakeside promenade with bars and restaurants and where you can visit is the Botanical Garden Heller or the famous Italian Vittoriale home of the poet D'Annunzio. From our private pier private boat operators can come for pick-up and drop-off, which is very convenient. You could do a one-day tour with a swimming stop at Isola del Garda followed by lunch in Sirmione, or you could cross the lake and have a nice long meal with lots of wine in San Vigilio and come back. Just close to us there is a 1 star michelin restaurant Lido 84 loved by our guests.
