This newly remodeled condo sits amid century old majestic trees in the forest area of Tahoe Tavern. It has three upstairs bedrooms, which can accommodate 7 people in beds, including 1 king size, 2 queens and a twin loft over one of the queen beds. There is a 42” TV downstairs in the living area and a small flat screen TV in the master bedroom. There is free Wi-Fi throughout the condo along with Apple TV. The master bathroom has a shower and the guest bath has a combination shower/tub.
Although there are many wonderful restaurants nearby, the condo’s kitchen is fully equipped and includes everything you need to make home-cooked meals. It has a new dishwasher, washer and dryer. The enclosed backyard includes a BBQ and a large table for private outdoor meals.
The Tahoe Tavern property, which over looks the lake, covers 26 acres of beautifully manicured grounds. Tennis courts, a historic swimming pool with a magnificent view of the lake, a basketball court, paved roads to ride bikes, scooters or roller skate, a small beach, and the longest pier on the lake, make for a great place for many recreational activities.
The condo is within walking distant to the heart of Tahoe City, public beaches, shopping, restaurants, and a 20-minute drive to North Shore casinos. It’s also just 15 minutes to three major ski areas (Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows, and Homewood). During the winter the Tavern’s roads and paths are regularly cleared of snow.
