It is situated on a quiet cove at lake mile marker 2 (southwest quadrant of the lake) and has a gentle slope to the water’s edge. The property has a private boathouse - One slip (12’x22’) available to renters, with a water depth of 10-12 ft. There is also a full-size refrigerator located at the dock. The 1250 sqft dock has a full-sized dining table with an umbrella and allows for watercraft tie-off.
Other outside features include a 14’x 28’ in-ground fenced private pool with ample poolside seating for all guests, a large lake front fire pit for relaxing with family and friends and two full-size propane grills.
The upper outside deck provides two tables for dining al fresco or if you just need additional space beyond the large 8-person table and 4-person island.
Inside, the home features a beautiful open floor plan with a stack stone fireplace and plenty of seating. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances, pots/pans, bakeware, etc. that you would need. The master bedroom on the main level has one king-sized bed and a private bath with an over-sized shower and two sinks. There is also a half bath on the main level.
The lower level features a large recreational area with another fireplace, TV, refrigerator, foosball table and a full-sized PAC-MAN video game. There is also a full bath, three additional bedrooms and a twin-sized trundle bed (accommodates 2 guests) in the shared space.
