Assorted life vests available. This 5 bedroom home has 3 bedroom suites, a guest bedroom, and one large bonus room with four twin beds adjacent to a large, full hallway bathroom. Downstairs suite- king bed with private bathroom, rain showerhead, and bathtub. Upstairs suite- king bed with private bathroom, rain showerhead, and bathtub. Private access to upper deck. Upstairs bedroom 3 suite- queen bed with private bathroom, shower. Private access to upper deck. Upstairs guest bedroom- queen bed, can share the hallway full bathroom. Upstairs bonus room- 4 twin beds next door to the hallway full bathroom- which has an XL bathroom in the hall, bathtub shower. Downstairs formal living room has a futon sofa for extra accommodations adjacent to a full guest bathroom, bathtub shower. The futon is not recommended for tall adults. Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen while entertaining guests in the large open floor plan home. Casa Azul includes Wifi, and 4 large screen televisions with access to apps to watch your favorite shows via your preferred Netflix or Hulu account, and many more apps using the Smart TVs. Other amenities include garage and driveway parking, overflow and trailer parking at the clubhouse, plus there is a laundry room in the home with a brand new state of the art washer and dryer.
