Large wrap-around porches on first AND second floors, with a picnic table and seating. Additional screened-in porch for sleeping & dining on first floor. Stone fireplace, WiFi, front-loading clothes washer and clothesline. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Dining room with spectacular sunset views of Lake Champlain and Adirondack Mountains. Large cement dock with ladder for swimming. Sleeps 6+, in 2 bedrooms with double beds, and 2 bedrooms with single beds, second floor landing also has a single bed. Screened in porch for use as additional sleeping area. Two full bathrooms. First floor bathroom with tiled stall-shower. Second floor bath with deep tub/shower.
