The home is lake-front and has a private pool and hot tub. Guests can use the home's beautiful dock over the lake to fish, kayak, paddle board, or feed the ducks. With both the pool and the lake, guests will enjoy plenty of entertainment among Casa Esmeralda's outdoor spaces. The beach is also only a five-minute walk away, and the public beach access is complete with a boardwalk, showers, and restrooms.
Casa Esmeralda is located in the gated community of Destiny West where guests have access to top-of-the-line community amenities such as tennis courts and a community pool. To add to the great location of this home, it is also on a quiet cul de sac with no through traffic. If you’re looking for a quiet getaway rental with lots of privacy, Casa Esmeralda is a fitting choice.
Casa Esmeralda has four bedrooms, four bathrooms, and can accommodate up to 11 guests. When you walk into the home, you’ll be greeted by the foyer and spiral staircase. Continue into the heart of the home and you’ll find a cozy living room with a fireplace, wet bar, sofa, two wingback chairs, and a view of Lake Destiny. The four-panel sliding glass doors bring the outside in on a warm day. Outside of the glass sliding doors is the private pool and stairs leading down to the lake and dock.
The large kitchen maximizes functionality with a kitchen island and bar seating. Stainless steel, Samsung appliances and a 5-burner gas range are other luxury additions to the kitchen. A formal dining room table is adjacent to the kitchen and can seat up to eight guests. There is additional seating for four at the kitchen bar counter.
The first floor is rounded out by a full bathroom, a laundry room, and a queen bedroom. The queen bedroom has its own private bathroom with a standalone shower. This first-floor bedroom is ideal for guests who have difficulty traversing stairs, or who would like to be near to the main living areas.
On the second floor, you’ll find the large master suite. This impressive master suite is complete with a king bed, a private balcony with a lake view and partial gulf view, a walk-in closet, and an en-suite bath. The master bathroom has the relaxing quality of a spa, with a rain head shower, a free standing tub that fills from the ceiling, a dual sink vanity, and a private water closet.
The second floor holds two guest bedrooms in addition to the master suite. The first guest bedroom holds a queen bed and has an attached bathroom that is also shared with the hallway. The second guest bedroom holds a full-over-full bunk bed with a twin trundle. Both rooms open up to a balcony overlooking the front yard.
The pool can be heated for an additional charge of $60 per day for the duration of your stay. The garage is not part of the stay as its used for the home supplies and personal vehicle.
