Summary: Seeing that it was the peak Summer vacation season, the price was very reasonable. My wife and I have been coming to HHI for decades. On this quick 3 day weekend, we just wanted an economical place that had a central location in Sea Pines. Just a 2 mile bike ride to the Beach Club and about the same to Harbour Town. This condo has some issues. Sagging floor in dining room and kitchen. Cabinets that don't close. Deck that needs painting. But, we enjoyed our stay with no serious issues.
