The Village at Kowaliga Bay is a friendly water access community equipped with a clubhouse and pool, boat slips, boat ramps, a fitness center, and more! On-site boat storage is available for your use if needed. When you aren't hanging by the pool or cruising on the lake, enjoy the outdoors on the large screened-in porch with a fireplace! This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom cabin features a split floor plan: on one side you will find a primary suite with a king-sized bed, and on the other side the second bedroom has a queen-sized bed and the third bedroom has a bunk bed. This cabin is only 33 miles from Auburn University, making it a great gameday escape! Please note that the parking pad accommodates 2 cars. A maximum of 2 dogs are permitted with payment of a pet fee.
